EcoTaxi.at erbringt Dienstleistungen aufgrund der nachfolgenden AGB, der Leistungsbeschreibungen und der Preislisten. Abweichende Geschäftsbedingungen gelten nicht, auch wenn EcoTaxi.at Ihnen nicht ausdrücklich widerspricht. Abweichungen von diesen Bedingungen bedürfen der ausdrücklichen schriftlichen Anerkennung von EcoTaxi.at Ein Vertrag kommt nur zustande, wenn dieser von EcoTaxi.at bestätigt wird.

Scope of services

The scope of services is determined exclusively according to the written order confirmation from EcoTaxi.at or, subsidiaryly, according to the written offer from EcoTaxi.at. Information contained in brochures, service catalogs, price lists and similar information is only binding to the extent that this is expressly referred to. Transport takes place in accordance with the regulations of the StVO and the PbefG. Passengers must adhere to instructions from EcoTaxi.at or the chauffeur. If guests act against the instructions, or if they pose a risk according to the StVO or the safety of road traffic by interfering with the chauffeur, EcoTaxi.at is entitled to exclude them from transport. In this case, EcoTaxi.at charges the full fare including the fixed price or kilometer price and all ancillary and special services.

Price

If a customer offends against the precalled duties, EcoTaxi.at is entitled to seize all necessary measures for the removal of the abuse. By culpable injury the customer sticks compared with EcoTaxi.at on damage substitute.

Liability of AIRPORT TAXI DRIVER

EcoTaxi.at sticks to the customer on damage substitute – immediately for which legal argument – only with intention or coarse carelessness as well as culpable injury of essential contract duties of EcoTaxi.at to his legal representatives or fulfilment assistants. The liability by injury of life, body or health is directed according to the legal regulations. With damages to property the liability is limited by EcoTaxi.at on 1,000.00 € per passenger. For the vehicles a liability injury exists after the general insurance terms counting in each case. The customer has to take care himself of possible complementary insurances. EcoTaxi.at does not stick for appointment omission and their economic results, as far as these were to blame by EcoTaxi.at. In addition counts over, e.g., delays / delays caused:

• Of traffic rope, street blockages
• Vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents
• bad weather

For damages as a result of faulty transmissions of data by the customer EcoTaxi.at takes over no liability towards the customer or passenger.

Applicable right and court state
